Walt lives in Dallas, Texas, with his life partner and their Welsh Pembroke corgi, Akamai. When he’s not working, Walt enjoys traveling anywhere, from cool climates in the Pacific Northwest and Canada to warm locations like Hawaii and the Bahamas. He loves capturing his adventures both in photo and video. Walt has a strong background in graphic design and a passion for engineering, so he’s also comfortable shooting in various environments. He’s passionate about telling visual love stories and highly comfortable being behind the camera capturing special moments of his subjects than in front of one.

Associate Second Camera Operator
Michael is our most experienced second shooter (videographer). He’s been photographing and filming professionally since 2016. He has served as the lead credentialed media member photographer for a sports media company he owns and operates, Dallas Sports Fanatic, LLC, covering the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, Texas Legends, and other sports teams around Dallas. Aside from his sports photography, he’s a fantastic portrait photographer/videographer and runs his portrait photography business called Michael Lark Photography. He’s a highly talented photographer, and we’re delighted and honored that he’s part of our team.
Michael is our ‘go-to’ second cameraman; however, we also contract with other second shooters for our weddings.

Associate Second Camera Operator
Eli is a Dallas native and is another of our experienced staff. You can see him running various cameras during the wedding ceremony to performing sound checks with the DJ at the reception. He owns and operates Eli Mabli Photography based in Dallas, specializing in various services, from headshots to commercial real estate. He enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. A former IT guru for Microsoft, Eli is our ultimate “sponge” that loves to absorb information and is constantly perfecting his craft as a videographer with continuous mentoring from us.

what is a white tiaré flower?
The name tiaré is derived from the French word “tiara,” suggesting that the tiaré flower is the queen of all the flowers in French Polynesia. In Tahitian, it refers to a strong presence and means perfume, scent, or fragrance. By putting the words together, tiaré means 'a strong fragrance.’ And that’s how we want these images of our couples to have 'a strong presence' showing their love for one another. The white tiaré flower relates to Walt’s Polynesian heritage and is worn by both men and women of this exotic culture.
